DESCRIPTION
Fred Craner was the instigator behind Donnington Park becoming a race circuit in 1931 with his name now being remembered and immortalised at the circuit with the Craner Curves being named as such in his honour.
With the hall mark indicating an initial origin date of late 1800’s this is quite a significant item in its own rite (standing 2' 6'' tall inc, the base ), add in the Craner connection and those whose accolades are recognised on the trophy itself and you have a significant part of motor sport history and something that will be perfectly at home in any motorsport derived collection. We welcome your early inspection.
