DESCRIPTION
- The Solex motorised bicycle was conceived during WWII and marketed in 1946, with around 8,000,000 being sold between 1946 and 1988
- It became the staple diet for French teenagers and could be found in every village and town
- The 3800 model was introduced in 1966 with production finishing in the late eighties
- This example appears unmolested and is offered for sale as a restoration or recommissioning project
- There is no documentation or paperwork with the bike and it's being offered with no reserve
