Race Retro Timed Online Automobilia Sale 2024

Bidding for the Timed Online Automobilia Sale is now open. Timed online sales differ from our physical sales as there is no auctioneer taking bids from a live audience. All bidding is done online and each lot can be bid on for a defined period of time. The end time is displayed on each individual lot - commencing from 6pm on Saturday 24th February with lot 2001. You can bid on a lot at any point from when the auction opens to when it closes. Once the time period expires the bidder who has submitted the highest bid (provided the reserve price is met) wins the lot. To place a bid you need to register for an account on our website. When you are logged you can place a maximum bid (the most you are willing to bid up to excluding the buyer’s premium) and the system does the rest, bidding only enough to meet the reserve or stay in the lead. Your maximum bid is not shared with other bidders. You will be informed by email if you are outbid, giving you the opportunity to place another bid. If a bid is placed within 30 seconds of the end time the time period will extend by a further 30 seconds to stop sniping.
