Porsche Monte Carlo Rally Display

The modular galvanised frame measures 2.1m high and 2.2m wide and can be floor or wall-mounted.

1965 to1970 was a stellar period for Porsche Rally Cars in the 'Queen of Rallies', the Monte Carlo. Class and overall victories from British driver Quick Vic Elford cemented the early 1965 success despite the snow, for Porsche employees, Herbert Linge and Peter Falk who finally finished in fifth Place. The composite Polo Red long nose bonnet has been carefully modified to replicate the original to include number plate, night lights and period graphics of the day. The engine decklid includes a genuine Porsche grill along with leather pull handles and appropriate accessories. Finally, the steel powder coated wheels represent the skinny 165 profile tyres of the period.
