Background
From the hallowed halls of German engineering comes the Audi S4 – the high-performance soul of Audi’s acclaimed A4 line. Originally debuting between 1991 and 1994 as a sport-enhanced version of the Audi 100, the S4 quickly forged its identity as a force to be reckoned with.
Since 1997, the S4 has evolved alongside the A4 platform, transforming through generations with cutting-edge technology, refined luxury and relentless performance. Every iteration carries the unmistakable DNA of Audi’s motorsport heritage – precision-built, finely tuned, and family-friendly.
The Car
This one owner Audi S4 presents beautifully in Brilliant Black over a black leather interior. At its heart lies the potent 3-litre supercharged V6 with twin intercoolers, delivering a seamless band of power through Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system and 6-speed manual transmission. But it is the thoughtful specification and pristine condition that truly set this example apart.
Finished in a timeless factory colour combination and maintained to the highest standards, the car boasts a full main dealer and specialist service history. It has been maintained without regard to expense, on an as and when basis. The car was serviced and MOT’d in November 2024 at 95,000 miles.
The vendor has owned the car since March 2010, having purchased it directly from the dealership and has kept it ever since. It will come with its original sales brochure, two keys and has recently had the alloys professionally refurbished. It has also been professionally detailed ahead of the sale.
The car was specified with numerous factory options, including cruise-control, the Bang & Olufsen sound upgrade and Audi MMI to name just a few – not bad for a 15 year old car. It has just ticked over 97,000 miles, which is fairly low for its age and has been meticulously cared for by its sole owner. These rarely come up and even more rarely in this condition and with such provenance. Sensibly guided, we believe this would make a perfect daily driver or weekend toy.
