DESCRIPTION
- Introduced in 1991, the Continental R was the first Bentley in 26 years to not share a body style with a concurrent Rolls-Royce and was inspired by the highly collectible Continental R-Type of the 1950s
- Powered by 6.75-litre turbocharged V8, producing 385bhp and 550lb/ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission
- All Continental Rs were finished and trimmed by Rolls-Royce’s Mulliner Park Ward subsidiary and carried MPW builder’s plates
- This superb example is finished in Beluga Black over a cream leather-trimmed interior with black piping, a two-tone leather-trimmed steering wheel as well as a Piano Black dashboard and door-card inlays
- Factory equipment includes electrically adjustable seats with four-way memory, automatic air-conditioning, a CD changer, a trip computer and an RDS stereo
