DESCRIPTION
- Purpose built by Kawasaki between 1982 to 2005 for Police use and based on the stock KZ1000
- Being relatively lightweight, comfortable and powerful made the KZ1000P a popular police motorbike
- Famously used in the US California Highway Patrol TV programme 'CHiPs'
- Some machines are still in use today by a few US police departments
- This very original example is presented in good running order
- Copy of the US title included showing the original owner was the San Francisco City office
- Still fitted with police panniers/fairing, electronic siren, pursuit lights and radio case (no radio fitted)
- Big history file with numerous old MOTs, tax discs, various receipts and other associated paperwork
