This Celica GT-Four is a rally-bred Japanese homologation special, and number 2,923 of 5,000 Carlos Sainz edition cars released. The car had a full respray in 2015. It also has a stainless steel exhaust.

Red with black patterned cloth interior (door cards and drivers seat have some cosmetic damage) Factory-fitted equipment includes an electric sunroof, air conditioning, and a radio-cassette player with CD drive (which does not work), electric aerial. There are two spare radio-cassette, and cd player units included. The internal boot trim is missing the push button retaining buttons.

The car is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre inline-four, delivering 205bhp and 203lb-ft of torque to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission with limited-slip differential. The last small service in 2018 at 146,439 miles (current 147,235 miles, just over 100 miles per year) included a new alternator. New timing belt plus various sundries 2014 at 142,893 miles.

The previous owner replaced the gearbox from the original Celica GT4 Carlos Sainz ST185 to a gearbox from an ST205 Celica GT4.

Other features include a permanent four-wheel-drive system with rear Torsen limited-slip differential and sports suspension. A new MOT was conducted on 09/07/25 147,235 miles, advisories were: service brake binding nearside rear, oil leak but not excessive, underbody surface corrosion, suspension arm surface corrosion. Air conditioning compressor replaced 2016, currently without gas due to a very slow gas leak. The wheels are correct and in very nice condition on its original rims and 195/55R15 tyres. Front nearside rim has some kerb damaged scuff marks.

All electrics work other than the CD player that does not work but the radio and cassette player do. I think it is the lazer in the CD Player. 2 spare CD player comes with the car. The sunroof opens and closes as it should. The door mirrors adjust as they should.
