Original and unrestored, low-mileage, US-market Honda CBX Super Sport six-cylinder beautifully presented in its original Candy Glory Red and remaining in very good overall condition.
DESCRIPTION
- Launched in naked, twin-shock trim in 1978 as the world's first 1,000cc production six-cylinder motorcycle and, although Benelli built the first six-cylinder road bike, the Honda was bigger and faster
- Weighing around 550lbs and powered by a 105bhp DOHC 4-valve, six-cylinder with a 5-speed gearbox, the CBX was capable of 130mph and could cover the standing quarter mile in 12 seconds
- This original and unrestored US-market example is presented in very good overall condition
- In running order and complete with comprehensive history file containing numerous old MOTs, various receipts and copy of the US Colorado Title
- Originally registered in the US and imported from Colorado in 2008, UK-registered since 2009
- Finished in its original colour of Candy Glory Red
- Showing only 10,000 recorded miles and complete with its original owners handbook
- Fitted with 3-into-1 aftermarket exhausts with a pair of original 3-into-1 available by negotiation
