DESCRIPTION

A superb 'Nut and Bolt' restoration...

This 1977 Leyland Mini Van was supplied to new to Southern Electricity to be used in their ""Shower Electric"" campaign and remained with them until 1985 when it was sold.The second owner stored it away until early in 2015 when it again saw the light of day and was completely stripped in readiness for a total rebuild wherever possible using new old stock parts, such as bumpers, hubcaps, exhaust, even tyres, but retaining items such as the original rubber mats.Mechanically the van was stripped and both the gearbox and the engine were rebuilt to the original factory specification. The essence of this restoration was to get as close as possible to the way this van would have looked when it was first put into service by Southern Electric. Both 'Corgi' and 'Vanguard' model companies were commissioned to make an exact copy of RGM 912R and these are now on the market.This piece of Mini Van history could now be yours.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in

Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.

Motorcycles

Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a

fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £5 plus VAT per day thereafter.

Automobilia

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am

and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in

Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
