SUMMARY

The ultimate Mini!  220bhp, K20 Civic Type-R engine conversion coupled to a six-speed gearbox. Miniworld Magazine-featured car.

DESCRIPTION

  • This remarkable Mini started life as a brown 1275 GT in 1977 and was first registered on 01/01/1978
  • Totally transformed, it was unveiled by its creator in 2004 and was immediately featured in Mini World Magazine that same year
  • The shell was fully stripped and caged, then painted throughout in the gold colour we see today
  • The interior, whilst bare, is purposeful, boasting carbon door cards and harnessed bucket seats. Toggle switches on the dash back up the competition feel of the car
  • The exterior shows areas of modification to house the non-standard power unit and drivetrain, such as widened arches and a quick release/removable bonnet for ease of access to the engine. These modifications aside, the car still wears original features like the chrome mirrors, bumpers and original unmistakable 1275 GT grille.
  • For the classic Mini enthusiast who is after next level performance, this well known and much coveted Mini is surely a must!
