DESCRIPTION

  • The Laverda 750 was manufactured between 1966 and 1975 and was Laverda’s attempt to take on the Japanese twin market
  • The 750 SF (Super Freni) was introduced in 1970 and featured a twin-leading-shoe front brake, an upgraded clutch, lightened crankshaft and a reworked frame
  • It was powered by a 744cc, four-stroke, SOHC parallel-twin offering 65bhp and 115mph
  • Distributed in the UK through Slater Brothers and imported in kit form to avoid paying purchase tax
  • This matching numbers example has been part of our vendor's Collection, which he is reducing in size
  • A tidy example with just two previous owners, it's supplied with its V5 and numerous spares, including a seat unit, exhausts, fairing and screen
  • May need some light recommissioning as has had little use in the last year or so
