DESCRIPTION
- BSA hit onto a winner with the range of Bantam small capacity bikes introduced in 1948 with the D1
- In production until 1971, over 250,000 produced and constantly updated throughout its lifespan
- This early 125cc engine machine has been developed over the years as a race bike
- Frame is later than the engine with no visible number
- Engine was originally in a 1952 D1 Bantam that was shipped to dealers Greswell's in Grimsby
- Converted into a race machine with a later frame and well presented
- In running order but would need some basic safety checks before use
- No paperwork with this lot
- Great little bike for parades or historic racing
