SUMMARY
First introduced in the late 1950’s the Runabout RM6 was a popular moped of the period with the more powerful Runabout de Lux introduced in 1965 and finished in Royal Carmine Red.
DESCRIPTION
- Introduced in July 1965 and available until September 1969, the RM6 Runabout Super de Luxe had a more powerful engine than the RM6 and was fitted with legshields as standard
- They were only available finished in Royal Carmine
- This is a very tidy example, presenting well and appears to be original
- Part of a large collection, the bike displays the registration number, HLG 31G, however, our vendor has misplaced the documentation, so a new V5 will need to be applied for
- The bike will need recommissioning prior to any use and is sold with no reserve.
