A c1950 gents Raleigh cycle fitted with a 49cc Power Pak being offered with No Reserve.
DESCRIPTION
- During the austere post-war years in Britain, a cost effective form of motorised transport was to attach one of the many available small engines to a conventional bicycle
- One of these aftermarket engines was the 49cc two stroke Power Pak, built by Sinclair Goddard and Co Ltd. from around the early 1950s
- The engine created movement with a roller onto the rear wheel
- A popular means of transport until the arrival of mopeds made the autcycles obsolete
- The bike is unregistered, but the frame and engine numbers are clearly visible. No paperwork
- Will require some re-commissioning prior to use
