SUMMARY
Carefully built and very well presented, this sympathetic replication of BSA's legendary 350 Gold Star is based on its original 1949 ZB32 engine and utilises many original Gold Star parts.
DESCRIPTION
- The BSA ZB32 Gold Star was launched at the 1947 Earls Court Motorcycle Show
- It featured an all-alloy engine with an OHC and numerous other optional features that allowed the purchaser to tailor the bike to suit his needs
- This is a very well put together example of a Gold Star Replica, with many original 'Goldie' parts
- Re-framed in the past, but still carries its original 348cc ZB32 Gold Star engine from 1949
- Documentation from the Gold Star Owners Club, shows that this engine was originally consigned to an I.D.Macintyre in the Highlands town of Mallaig on the 6th May 1949
- Part of our vendor's extensive collection and consequently has been lightly used, covering only 733 miles since being built
- Understood to be running but after little recent use will need light recommissioning before being returned to the road
- UK-registered on a current V5C
