The Iconic Automobilia Sale at the NEC Classic Motor Show 2025

Entries for the Iconic Automobilia Sale at the NEC Classic Motor Show have now closed. The Auction will take place Saturday 8th of November in Hall 2, at the NEC, Birmingham (B40 1NT) from 10am. Viewing of all the Lots is available from 10am on Friday 7th. Admission to the Saleroom is by catalogue only. Catalogues will be available to purchase on the day (£20 Saturday, £10 Sunday - admits two). Admission to the show is not included in the price of the catalogue. Show tickets can be purchased on the Classic Motor Show website, use the code PTICA for £2 off per ticket.

    This original artwork was commissioned in 1984 to be used by Royle Publications for their Centenary of Motoring Calendar and the image was also used on some of their greetings cards in the 1970s and 1980s including a Happy 18th card offered with the painting. Depicting the Jaguar E-Type Series III, registration number YJT 4N, this car was owned for many years by the vendor.     Multi-Signed Grand Prix Masters Quatar 2006 Race Programme Plus Multiple Pieces of Merchandise

    Fielding retired Grand Prix competitors, the GP Masters Series stipulated that all drivers be over 45 years old (reduced to 40 in 2006) and they competed in identical Reynards with 3.5 litre V8 engines.
    The star of this rare collection of merchandise from GP Masters is a Qatar Race Programme signed at the Silverstone race later that year by all of the drivers on the grid including Nigel Mansell, Jan Lammers, Rene Arnoux, Eddie Cheever and Ricardo Patrese.

    First launched in 2003, the re-issue harped back to Heuer's early days. Jo Siffert, then an up and coming racing driver, used to wheel and deal on the grid to fund his motor racing. This classic design is a Calibre 11 automatic chronograph with a white dial, black sub-dials with blue accents. These rare watches were only available for a few years.

    An intricately detailed model in the instantly recognisable sponsors colours of Rothmans cigarettes, model maker, Javan Smith has lavished time on adding fine details including cockpit, headlight and wheel assemblies.
