2010 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti 'One-to-One'

As a mark of respect for their decades-long working relationship, Ferrari named the 612 after the legendary Sergio Scaglietti whose famous design house, Carrozzeria Scaglietti, was responsible for the look of some of the most stunning coachbuilt Ferraris in the 1950s and 1960s. The model features deep side scallops and large headlights together with a long, sleek silhouette and the result is an imposing, unusual looking car, projecting dynamism and power. This sporty front-engine, rear-wheel drive Berlinetta is a paradox Ferrari, being an energetic car to drive, yet also having four full seats for passengers, making it suitable for longer journeys and city use too. A genuine departure from previous GT models, the 612 Scaglietti's transaxle transmission sees the rear-mounted 6-speed F1 gearbox working with the limited-slip differential in a shared function and this, combined with the first-ever all-aluminium body in a twelve-cylinder Ferrari, makes for fantastic dynamics as well as improved comfort and safety.

The second generation of the 612 was launched in 2008, featuring a number of revisions, and concurrently Ferrari introduced their 'One-to-One Personalisation Program'. Aimed at customers who wanted something just that bit more 'special', buyers could fly to the factory in Italy and with the personal assistance of Ferraris Atelier, create a bespoke 612. The One-to-One cars also featured Ferraris revised dual-plate clutch superfast transmission (which would be seen two years later in the 599), the remarkable 'Electrochromic' roof, a Mannetino steering wheel, 20'' Challenge wheels, a Sports exhaust and carbon ceramic brakes.

Offered here is UK-supplied, right-hand drive ‘One-to-One’ that’s finished in Grigio Ferro with a red leather interior and Carbon Fibre trim. Just 12,360 miles had been covered at the time of cataloguing in the hands of its four former keepers, and the service records indicate that the car has been exclusively serviced by Ferrari Main Agents from new, with the most recent in June 2021 by HR Owen less than 500 miles ago.
