SUMMARY

Imported in 2024, this RX-7 project has been fitted with an LS V8 conversion and is offered without reserve.

DESCRIPTION

  • US-delivered and registered in 1993, this left-hand drive example received its engine conversion in the United States before being sold to Japan then imported into the UK in 2024. Currently not running with recommissioning and additional work required before road use
  • Finished in a colour-shifting black, bronze and green metallic paint, the car sits on low-profile tyres with uprated brake callipers visible behind the wheels, along with exterior changes including a front lip spoiler
  • Inside features Bride bucket seats with matching gearstick gaiter, an aftermarket steering wheel with quick-release boss, a hydraulic handbrake and RX-7 branded carpets. Also equipped with factory air conditioning and electric windows
  • The original rotary engine has been replaced with an LS V8 conversion featuring a red intake manifold and aftermarket induction components, paired with a manual gearbox. Aftermarket suspension, upgraded brakes and a reworked engine bay to accommodate the V8 installation
  • Offered as seen, this RX-7 presents an opportunity to complete and refine a well-known conversion, whether for road use or as the basis for a more involved project
