DESCRIPTION

On offer here is an interesting 8V Integrale competition rally car that we’re informed was originally a 'Factory' recce car. Subsequently built into a full-blown competition car around 2017 and owned and raced by a well known family involved in motorsports. The car's specification is extensive and too long to list fully here but below are highlights with full details available upon request.

Chassis: Steel monocoque ZLA 831 ABO chassis with roll cage and rear subframe for suspension. 5-door hatchback steel bodyshell with extended wheel arches; Reinforced shell with full Abarth reinforcement kit; FIA paddings on roll cage. SPARCO Chrome-Moly 18-point welded roll cage; full Kevlar kit interior parts. Makrolon windows with slide. Weight in race trim: 1,020kg.

Engine management system: Magnetti Marelli 4WE-WH4WE.02 ECU with 040.F6 Eprom (OEM parts as per FIA A5355 Homologation).

Engine: Twin-Cam (Lambredi), Type 831C5.000, straight 4-cylinder, CPS forged pistons. CR 7.6:1; Fully ported and gas-flowed head, Nimonic inlet and exhaust valves; two valves/cylinder - eight valves total. 43.7mm inlet valve diameter, 36.4mm exhaust valve diameter. 32.5° angle between inlet valve axis and vertical, 32.5° angle between exhaust valve axis and vertical; Garrett Turbo Gr. A, roller bearings on intake and exhaust. 500 bhp+ capable; Group A uprated aluminium intercooler; Twin Bosch 44 uprated fuel pump 235l/h; ATL foam-filled 55-litre fuel tank on an aluminium case. FIA approved 73mm inox exhaust.

Gearbox, Clutch, Transmission: 5-speed close ratio dogbox. Abarth ratios 11/35, 13/32, 16/30, 19/28, 21/26; Top speed approx. 150km/h. Organic disc AP Racing, rated at 650Nm; Reinforced high-tensile strength driveshafts; front and rear self-locking differentials. Uprated middle Ferguson diff; ABARTH rose-jointed gear shift on ABARTH turret.

Brakes: Ventilated rotors with cup front 303mm. Ventilated OEM disk rear 282mm.

BREMBO brake system: Front: four piston calipers; Rear: two piston calipers.

Suspension, Steering: BC custom order upside down coilover suspension, height adjustable, 55mm; 3-way, adjustable uniball top mounts; full front Abarth suspension arms, UNIBALL autolubricated rosejoints, camber, caster adjustable; full rear Abarth suspension arms with special tubular rear diff cradle; power steering OEM ratio; Rims: Allu Speedline 17"x 8 or Compomotive 18"x 8J.

Offered at a fraction of what it would cost to replicate, this looks superb value for money and will reward a closer inspection.

Uplift by EM Rogers back to their storage facility in Northampton is £175 plus VAT for a standard sized vehicle and prices start from £275 plus VAT for larger vehicles. Storage will be charged at £12 plus VAT per day from the Monday for the first 14 days then £40 + vat per week from there on.
