SUMMARY

A superbly presented example of the legendary Kawasaki GPZ750 Turbo, but subtly re-imagined with some modern upgrades, making it a superb riding bike.

DESCRIPTION

  • Launched in 1994, the Kawasaki GPZ750 Turbo (ZX750E) was a landmark, high-performance Japanese motorcycle, widely considered the best-engineered factory turbo of its era
  • Powered by a 738cc air-cooled, transverse DOHC four-cylinder with a factory-fitted Hitachi turbocharger offering 112bhp and 73lb/ft
  • This beautiful example is not a standard machine, but has been brought into the modern age with a number of developments to make it a more rideable machine, some 40+ years since its launch
  • The bike is in superb all round condition and benefits from the following upgrades: the turbo has recently been re-built by Dave Dunlop (Fastbyme), fitted with a R1 front end, ZX9R wheels (so the bike benefits from the better modern tyre sizes available), Brembo rear brake, JMC rear swinging-arm, Nitron shocks, Austin Racing Can and much more
  • Part of our vendors' collection and though described as running well, may need some light re-commissioning prior to returning the bike to the road
  • UK-registered on a current V5C
