Endurance racing homologation special Honda CB1100RB, in unrestored and mostly original condition, recently recommissioned and presented in running order.
DESCRIPTION
- Developed by Honda for endurance racing in the early 1980s
- Built at the HRC factory, c.4,000 produced in total and only 170 shipped to the UK
- Lightweight bodywork, reinforced frames, single seat and close ratio gearbox
- Expensive and very exclusive in 1983, most were bought by race teams and wealthy collectors
- This early RB model is presented in mostly original condition
- Recently recommissioned including full service, brake service, new tyres, bearings and suspension
- Imported from Germany in 2015 and showing 26,000km
- Complete with some spares including original km speedo and manuals
- Current owner has completed 662 miles in last 10 months
- UK-registered on a current V5C
