DESCRIPTION
- The Honda CB550F, also known as the CB550 Four Super Sport, was produced from 1974 to 1979
- It shares a similar engine, frame, wheels and brakes with the CB550K but features a distinct lighter four-into-one exhaust, flatter handlebars, and a different fuel tank design without chrome trim
- Its strong frame and good powerplant has made the CB550F a favourite with 'Special' builders
- This handsome example has benefited from much recent expense transforming it into a really good looking 'Café Racer', with smooth lines and a purposeful stance
- It features a newly powder-coated frame, new paintwork, seat unit and rear cowl, side panels, new mudguards, rear shocks, clip-ons, rear sets, mini indicators, digital speedo, Avon Arrowmax tyres, Borrani-style wheels, a period 4-into-1 Motad exhaust, and much more
- Described as running, but will need the carbs balancing and setting-up and the usual checks done prior to the vehicle being used on the road
- Supplied with a current V5C and a Haynes manual
