DESCRIPTION
- Produced by Leyland Cars, the Mini Pick-Up combined the charm and agility of the standard Mini with practical light commercial utility, remaining a rare sight on today’s roads
- Finished in a smart colour scheme and sitting on Minilite alloy wheels with Yokohama tyres, this example presents attractively following a comprehensive rebuild
- Fitted with a 1,340cc A-Series engine with a big valve cylinder head, paired to a manual gearbox and benefiting from replacement subframes and an A-frame during restoration
- Restored in 2002 by the brother of renowned rally driver the late Roger Clark MBE, whose attention to detail and enthusiasm for the marque are well known among Mini enthusiasts
- An original UK-supplied example, first registered on 01/11/1977 and now showing 52,874 miles at the time of cataloguing
- Accompanied by a large detailed history file, this charming Mini Pick-up represents a rare opportunity to acquire a well presented and sympathetically rebuilt example of this practical British classic
