DESCRIPTION
- This ex-Swiss Postal Service Bay Window van has undergone an impressive conversion into a proper four-berth camper with a Habitation Certificate
- Completed in 2015, with the paintwork refinished just before that, it also benefitted from a fully refurbished 1641 twin-port engine with new clutch and new batteries and a brake rebuild including discs, pads and brake hoses on front. Drums, backplates, shoes, cylinders, hoses and handbrake cables on rear
- We are told the Swiss used these RHD buses so the Postman could get out on the pavement side. In addition to being able to walk through from the front, there is a high side door and high roof - this combination being ultra-rare for Bay Window vans, and we understand were unique for the PTT (Swiss Postal Service)
- The whole habitation area has been fully insulated and ply-lined, and fitted out with a 12v fridge, a twin gas burner, Whale gas heating system and a Sargent PSU 240v RCD for battery charging, fridge, lighting and 240v sockets. There are plenty of storage units and a fold-away roof mounted bed for a child along with a main table and general seating area. Importantly, it also previously had a Gas Certification document for compliance

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 2nd therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
