DESCRIPTION

  • Produced from 1967 to 1977, initially featuring a 745cc engine that was a nominal 750cc
  • Motorcycle News 'Bike of the Year' for five consecutive years
  • Known for its innovative Isolastic frame, which used rubber mountings to isolate the engine, gearbox, and swing-arm from the frame, the Commando was revolutionary in its handling and ride quality, effectively reducing the vibration typical of classic British bikes
  • This is a clean, matching numbers bike that will need some re-commissioning and the usual checks as it hasn't been ridden since 2023
  • Current V5C and classed as Historic. Supplied with a large file of paperwork including old V5Cs, MOTs, invoices, club magazines etc.
