A fine example of the second generation Cortina GT's executive class sibling, superbly presented in Aubergine with just over 43,000 miles indicated.

DESCRIPTION

The 1600E was the Mk2 Cortina's up-market sibling combining the GT model's high performance 1.6-litre engine and Lotus-tuned suspension with a more luxurious interior and distinctive exterior features
Immediately recognisable by its Rostyle steel wheels, a black-painted front grille and full width chrome strips at the front and rear
The 'Executive' interior included reclining bucket seats in black PVC, a real Burr Walnut dashboard and real Walnut door caps
Powered by the 1,599cc crossflow engine from the Cortina GT offering 93bhp at 5,400rpm and 96mph
Clearly the subject of an older restoration this example presents superbly in Ford Aubergine with a Tan interior
Part of private collection in recent years with little or no use so an element of recommissioning may be required
In excellent condition throughout and ready to be used and enjoyed once again after the above

Uplift by EM Rogers back to their storage facility in Northampton is £175 plus VAT. Storage is £10 plus VAT per day for the first seven days and £40 plus VAT per week thereafter.
