DESCRIPTION
- The legendary 3.8-litre E-Type Roadster, introduced in 1961, quickly established Jaguar as a manufacturer of world-class sports cars, offering performance and beauty in equal measure
- This left-hand drive example is a sound restoration project, finished in primer with black leather seats, its interior has instruments plus other parts (see pictures)
- Fitted with its original 3.8-litre straight-six engine and 4-speed manual gearbox, the cylinder head has been replaced at some stage and now carries the number RA6640-9
- Some bodywork and metal repairs were undertaken in the US before being purchased by our vendor in 2024, forming a solid basis for further restoration
- Supplied with a collection of loose spares shown in the boot photographs, along with its Texas title and NOVA confirmation, ready for UK-registration
- A worthwhile E-Type project retaining key original components, offering the opportunity to complete one of Jaguar’s most admired early sports cars to personal taste and standard

Uplift by EM Rogers back to their storage facility in Northampton is £175 plus VAT. Storage is £10 plus VAT per day for the first seven days and £40 plus VAT per week thereafter.
