Ex-factory registered Series C Vincent Black Shadow, older restoration to a very high standard. First registered by the Vincent factory from new and complete with a comprehensive history file and RF60 buff log book.
DESCRIPTION
- During the early 1950s, Vincent were at the top of their game and the Series C Black Shadow represented the pinnacle of British motorcycling
- Capable of 120mph, it was easily the fastest vehicle on the roads in post-war Britain
- Still an icon today and sought after by enthusiasts and collectors alike
- This 1953 Black Shadow is presented in older restoration condition, restored to a very good standard
- Has run recently but would need some recommissioning before road use
- Originally owned by the Vincent factory from new until 1954
- Still maintains its original engine, appears to have had a replacement upper and rear frame as some point in the 1970's
- Correctly numbered upper frame, rear frame and crank case matching numbers
- UK-registered from new and complete with a large history file containing numerous old MOTs, original RF60 buff log book and other associated paperwork

Any motorcycles not collected by 2pm on Monday 20th April will be taken to Moving Motorcycles in Northamptonshire for a fee of £125 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.Â
